1. Introduction
Welcome to CloverSim (“CloverSim,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). CloverSim is a DBA (doing business as) of EsimOwl, LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CloverSim’s websites, mobile applications, eSIM products, data services, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By purchasing, activating, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Services Overview
CloverSim provides digital SIM (“eSIM”) connectivity solutions, including mobile data packages for domestic and international use. Coverage, speed, and availability vary by region and are dependent on third-party network partners.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
4. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to purchase or activate an eSIM. You agree to:

Notify us promptly of unauthorized access

Be fully responsible for all activity under your account
5. Use of Services
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

Illegal or fraudulent activity

Network abuse or attempts to bypass usage limits

Reselling or redistributing Services without authorization

Violating the terms of network carriers
We may suspend or terminate your access if we suspect misuse.
6. Plans, Payments & Billing
All prices, data package details, and billing terms are provided at checkout. By purchasing a plan, you authorize CloverSim (EsimOwl, LLC) to charge your selected payment method.
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated, as eSIMs are digital and cannot be returned once activated.
We may update pricing at any time. Changes will not affect previously purchased plans.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted only in the following circumstances:

You purchased an eSIM but have not yet scanned or activated it

The eSIM is proven non-functional due to a CloverSim issue and our support team is unable to resolve it

Duplicate or accidental charges made through our system
Refunds are not available if:

Your device is not eSIM compatible

Network conditions vary by region

You purchased the wrong plan or destination

You changed your travel plans
-
You used any amount of the data and later request a refund
All refund decisions are at our final discretion.
8. Coverage & Network Performance
CloverSim relies on third-party carrier networks. We do not guarantee:

Continuous or uninterrupted service

Specific speeds or performance
-
Service availability in all locations
Network outages, restrictions, or roaming limitations may occur. By using our Services, you acknowledge these factors are outside our control.
9. Device Compatibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device:

Supports eSIM technology

Is unlocked
-
Is compatible with the carrier networks in your selected region
No refunds will be issued for incompatibility issues.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, branding, and technology associated with CloverSim and EsimOwl, LLC are the property of EsimOwl, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information. By using our Services, you consent to such processing.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

CloverSim (EsimOwl, LLC) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages

Total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the affected plan
We are not responsible for losses resulting from:

User error or improper installation

Device malfunction

Acts of God or events outside our control
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloverSim (EsimOwl, LLC) and its employees, affiliates, partners, and providers from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for actions that harm our operations or reputation.
You may discontinue use of the Services at any time; however, no refunds will be provided except as described in Section 7.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EsimOwl, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in small-claims court unless prohibited by local law.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
